Modern life teaches us to outsource our wisdom. This workshop is an invitation to reclaim it.
Join award-winning Forest Bathing practitioner and TEDx speaker Tansy Dowman for a gentle and immersive journey into the woods, exploring her Natural Intelligence approach – a way of reconnecting with our own inner ecology through a deeper relationship with the living world around us.
Beginning with a short introductory talk at the Branches tent, we’ll then wander into the trees for a sensory-led experience weaving together Forest Bathing, mindful movement, meditation, nature poetry and moments of quiet reflection.
Together we’ll explore what it means to tune into nature, not as something outside of ourselves, but as a teacher, a mirror and a companion.
The human world tells us who to be. Nature invites us to remember who we are.
This isn’t another wellbeing practice to master or another thing to add to your list. It’s an invitation to slow down, soften the edges and remember a different way of being.
Expect gentle movement, sensory exploration, moments of stillness, shared wonder and a deeper sense of connection to yourself, others and the natural world.
No experience necessary. Just curiosity and a willingness to listen.
