Good Vibrations Society Festival Wellbeing 1

A space to learn, grow, connect and inspire!

Good Vibrations Society offers a weekend of regeneration and deep connection for those that seek it out. Sitting at the heart of the event is an ethos of personal development, community and connection to nature, each other and to ourselves.

The Root

The Root is our space onsite dedicated to connection; with self and with community. Opening and closing with cacao fuelled ceremonies and offering free Yoga and meditation classes each morning, workshops each afternoon, talks dotted throughout the day and music each evening. This will be the heart of the festival where someone will always welcome you.

Classes, Workshops, Talks, Music

Hosted by Yard Yoga

Yard Yoga is a dynamic yoga studio in Forest Row, Sussex, the heart of the Ashown Forest. The studio was founded by two sisters, Sarah Campbell-Lloyd and Daphne Harman-Clarke in 2014 to provide a welcoming, warm and natural space for the community to practice yoga in. They believe that yoga classes should be accessible to everyone and it is never too late to start. They provide a wide range of classes including hot yoga, yin yoga, vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga and pregnancy yoga as well as soundbath, master classes and other workshops. The studio is part of a vibrant hub of independent businesses at the yard which creates a great sense of community, health and wellbeing.

Food & Drink

Good Vibrations Society is packed full of fresh, healthy and hearty food and drink from vegan and vegetarian food stalls to our seated vegetarian restaurant run by The Seasons Kitchen in Forest Row.
