4. Our Shared Ethos
At Good Vibrations Society, we believe in leaving things better than we found them. This includes the land, each other, and ourselves.
We ask that all volunteers:
- Treat the site with deep care and gratitude — it’s someone’s field, someone else’s home, and it treats us very kindly during our stay.
- Leave no trace — dispose of waste properly, and pick up extra if you see it

You agree that any photos or videos taken of you on site may be used in future Good Vibrations Society promotional material, this could include our social media and website. If you’d prefer to not be featured, just let your Volunteer Manager know, it’s no problem at all.
We ask that volunteers be mindful when sharing backstage or behind-the-scenes content publicly before the festival opens, to help us keep the experience and magic fresh for guests on arrival.
Please also avoid posting anything that could reflect negatively on the festival, crew, or wider community.
Keep it kind, respectful and full of good vibes – just like the festival itself.
