Where can I buy tickets?
All official tickets to the event are only sold through this website and our ticketing partner Offbeat Tickets. Do not purchase tickets from any other ticket site as these will not be valid and we can not guarantee that you will be able to get your money back.

When can I arrive?
The wristband exchange will be open 12:00 noon until 8:30pm on Friday and 9am and 8:30pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please don’t arrive outside of these times.
Age Restrictions
All ages are welcome into the Good Vibrations Society. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 25 or older at all times. We recommend getting a wristband with your contact information to put on your child’s wrist so that in the event they get lost, we can contact you immediately. Anyone lost or missing someone should find a festival organiser or go to the welfare tent to seek help.
The only forms of identification we accept are:
- Valid passport
- Valid drivers licence
- PASS identification card
You must have the original document, copies are not accepted.
Pets
We’re really sorry but we are unable to allow dogs (apart from assistance dogs) or other pets onsite.

Permitted/Restricted Items
You will be searched upon entry, and restricted items are applicable to both day customers and weekend customers.
You will be subject to search again, should you go back to your car to collect more camping items.
- Firearms, knives or blades, replica weapons of any sort
- Drugs / Controlled Substances – a drugs search is in operation at the event entrances, if any drugs are found in your posession you will be ejected and passed to the police. This includes new psychoactive substances “legal highs” and Nitrous Oxide.
- Fraudulently created or stolen I.D.
- sky lanterns, candles, paraffin lamps
- sound systems (small portable speakers are allowed in the campsites)
- generators
- glass bottles
- drones
- laser pens
- unofficial high vis jackets
- fireworks and pyrotechnics
- flares, materials for campfires or fire bowls
- air horns, smoke bombs or any items an Authorised Person considers potentially disruptive to the event
- signs or materials displaying unauthorised political, religious, offensive or race related messages
- slogans or images or sponsorship (without our prior written consent),
- promotional or commercial messages
- animals (except for guide dogs)
- unauthorised promotional material
- any cooking equipment with gas canisters above 3.9kg.
- Any alcohol above the permitted allowance outlined below will be confiscated. No food or drink can be taken from the campsite into the Arena.
- Anything over the permitted food and drink allowances for entry into the arena – which are outlined below:
- small snacks (which will be assessed at our absolute discretion and food may be confiscated) with the exemption of food or drink required on medical grounds or for young families (please contact us in advance if you have any queries).
- refillable water bottles which must be empty on arrival
- Anything over the permitted food and drink allowances for entry into the campsite – which are outlined below:
- pre-cooked food and soft drinks for your own consumption.

Ticket Questions
Types of tickets
We are offering Weekend and “Day” tickets.
Weekend tickets give you access to the site from 12:00 noon on Friday 2nd august until 12:00 noon on Monday 5th august. Details of day tickets will be announced soon.
Booking fees
We charge a booking fee to cover the costs associated with your booking. This includes the lovely people that run the ticketing system, deal with your ticket and wristbands at the gate as well as customer service, IT costs and the wristbands themselves.
E-Tickets & Wristband Exchange
All tickets are delivered as e-tickets via e-mail. On entrance to the festival your ticket will be scanned and a wristband issued. This wristband then acts as your ticket for the remainder of your stay with us.
Travel
Where is the site entrance?
The site entrance is HERE this is where everyone needs to go to get on site.
Parking
There is parking on site a short walk from the campsite. There is a charge for parking.
Train
Victoria to East Grinstead line:
This terminates at East Grinstead and runs every half hour through the day. Journey time from Victoria is 55 minutes.
Taxis from the East Grinstead station take 15 minutes.
Bedford to Brighton Line:
Stop at Haywards Heath.
Taxis from Haywards Heath station take 25 minutes.
Victoria to Brighton Line:
Stop at Haywards Heath.
Taxis from Haywards Heath station take 25 minutes.
Bus
The nearest bus stop is at Wych Cross (about 1.5 miles from Pippingford) and is serviced by:
261 East Grinstead to Uckfield.
270 East Grinstead to Brighton.
By special request drivers on the 261 East Grinstead to Uckfield route may stop outside the entrance to Pippingford on the A22.
All taxis should be pre booked.
Camping
What facilities are available inside the campsite?
There will be plenty of room to enjoy the stunning Ashdown Forest safely. There will be warm showers, drinking water, toilets and an onsite supplies shop. This will be the perfect environment to enjoy the weekend.
Can I bring a caravan / camper van?
Yes! We have dedicated pitches for caravans and campervans. However this must be booked in advance, look for the applicable option on the booking screen. You will also need a normal ticket for each occupant to access the event.
Please note, your campervan or caravan must have purpose-built fitted sleeping facilities. Any converted vehicles must clearly be a live-in vehicle with ventilation and permanent facilities, not just a foam mattress on the floor of a rented van!
Can I bring my own booze?
Day ticket holders aren’t permitted to bring alcohol onsite.
Each weekend ticket holder may bring:
12x cans of beer/lager or cider
OR
12x 250ml cans of pre-mixed spirit and mixer
OR
75cl of spirit in a non-glass container
OR
2.25 litres of wine (which must be decanted into a non-glass container)
Can I cook or BBQ?
Absolutely! Gas cookers are allowed in the main campsite up to a canister size of 3.9Kg. Larger canisters are not allowed into the campsite.
BBQs are only allowed inside the designated areas which will be clearly marked.
