Good Vibrations in Motion is an embodied movement practice led by a professional dancer with over 25 years of experience in dance, yoga, Somatic Experiencing®, and Qi Gong. Influenced by the Feldenkrais Method, Body-Mind Centering®, Ann Albright (embodiment, culture and community), and Release-based contemporary, the session offers movement rooted in gravity, energetic resonance, collectivity, essence, and authentic expression.
Working with the language of the body as a conduit for truth, you’ll be guided through gentle, rooted movement exercises to music, followed by a simple, accessible dance routine. Open to all, this is an invitation to reconnect with your spirit, your body, and the joy of moving together in community.
Come with a willingness to explore set movement exercises as a supportive container for discovering freedom, expression, unity and connection. Open to all—no dance experience needed.
Find her at The Root on Saturday, 6pm–7pm.
