Hindleap Warren Outdoor Centre is a residential outdoor learning centre set in the Ashdown Forest in East Sussex, run by the charity London Youth. It provides families, young people and children with the opportunity to build confidence, resilience and independence through meaningful time in nature.

Set within over 300 acres of private woodland, young people can take part in over 30 instructor-led activities, from high ropes and water sports to bushcraft and team challenges, all our activities are aimed at supporting personal growth.

Hindleap creates a safe, inclusive environment where young people can step outside their comfort zones and return home feeling more confident!

Activities on site at Good Vibrations Society: 

Fire lighting & Marshmallow roasting station

Our bushcraft instructors will show you how to make a small fire! Then, they’ll provide the adults with all the tools they need as they guide the child(ren) through lighting their own tiny fires. The end goal is for each child and adult to create a small fire in a piece of equipment the size of a jam jar lid and finish off by roasting some marshmallows. We’ll have both regular and vegan options available! We’ll also have fire pits ready for you to roast marshmallows!

Axe Throwing 

Axe throwing is great fun for both children and adults. Choose between 3 or 10 throws and test your skills!

Disc Golf 

Think golf, but with frisbees, it’s easy to do and a lot of fun for the whole family! Take on our short course, aim for the lowest score and see who in your group comes out on top.
